The database recorded 8,140 sentences (123,338 words) from a male voice talent. The total audio duration is about 10 hours, including the original silence at the beginning and ending (about 350 ms each).
The recorded content is organized into 12 texts, including two types of novel genres: romantic love novels and fantasy martial - arts novels, and seven emotion types: happiness, anger, sadness, surprise, hatred, fear, and neutrality. We used zh-cn_pinyin phone set for labeling.
